The song may fade away, the melody will run dry, a friend is there to remind and keep singing a love song. A friend loves at all time, a love that is strong and the foundation of every relationship. As time goes by, it grows stronger and better that can last forever. True friendship is tested by time, molded by trials, and strengthen by faith. And a real friend is the one who will love you and accept you despite of your imperfections.


We may walk in the dark path of life, we know that we will never be alone for there is a friend who would always walk with us side by side. A true friendship is like binding your souls as one to love and to take care of one another, to strengthen each others weaknesses, to fill each others emptiness, who is always there that you can run to when no one seems to be around and to love without limitations and accept who you truly are. A a love of a friend is unconditional and patient, not demanding but gives you freedom, not proud but humble, not jealous but understanding, sincere and always forgiving.

A love of a friend is beyond our comprehension, simple at the same time complicated. You know that you can always lean on, for the times that the world may walk out and turned against you, against all odds, a friend will be there to be with you. True friendship is to be there for one another through the hard times and for the better. True friendship looks at the inner beauty.


LOVE would always be so complicated, and Friendship is even more harder to understand, because despite of our differences, culture, imperfections, weaknesses, beliefs...somewhere in our heart we understand each other in a mysterious way. We have loved one another in a special way. We have touched each others lives and make a difference. Friendship is always the foundation of all kind of relationship. With a strong friendship comes a strong relationship.


The beauty of Friendship is so fascinating. It is like spring time where blossoms grow and fill your world with colors and beauty. When True Love springs out of True Friendship, that is the kind of love that has built a strong foundation.


A friend that loves, are true friends to keep. A true friend sees whats best and takes out the best in you. Because with a friend, you can be who you are at all times.

They came in different shapes, different looks but as long as you love them, they will love you back as their best pal ever.

The family always have a pet especially dogs. My sister Mezz always love to have dogs around. Since then, I could not keep up a number of how many dogs we had.

Recently, we have a dog and we named him 'Dagul'. I am not really sure what kind of breed it was, but he is cute, he is very small and short. Opposite from what we wanted to have, a Labrador. But as he grows older, he seems to be smart and a very good dog for us. Last year he was dating some neighborhood dog and had a puppy. We are all so excited to see this cute thing that really looks like her dad. My sister named her 'Swiny' because she is short and round. She is so playful and could hardly ran fast because she got a round tummy. She loves to sleep a lot, sometimes you can spot her lying on her back and she looks funny. This chubby little puppy was so adorable and very gentle. She loves to play and keeps following you around especially in the morning when I walk around the garden. In mid day, you can see her lying around the corner and try to cool herself or sleeping. She could not do so much yet because she is just a week old. We are excited she will grow fast and planned on how to train her.

We try to take pictures of Swiny so that we can see her grow up. But sad to say this pictures will be the first and last picture we can have with her.

It was a time when everybody was so busy and never noticed that she went out of the yard. We tried to search the neighborhood, but we could not find her. If ever someone by chance took her, we just hope that she was really taken care and loved. We know, we could never find another Swiny like her, but still wishing she was just around. Sometimes I'm still wondering how she would look like right now.

There was a little boy visiting his grandparents on their farm.

He was given a slingshot to play with out in the woods.

He practiced in the woods, but he could never hit the target.

Getting a little discouraged, he headed back for dinner.

As he was walking back he saw Grandma's pet duck. Just out of impulse, he let the slingshot fly, hit the duck square in the head and killed it. He was shocked and grieved!

In a panic, he hid the dead duck in the wood pile; only to see his Sister watching! Sally had seen it all, but she said nothing. After lunch the next day Grandma said, 'Sally, let's wash the dishes'

But Sally said, 'Grandma, Johnny told me he wanted to help in the kitchen.'

Then she whispered to him, "remember the duck?'

So Johnny did the dishes.

Later that day, Grandpa asked if the children wanted to go fishing and Grandma said, 'I'm sorry but I need Sally to help make supper.'

Sally just smiled and said, 'well that's all right because Johnny told me he wanted to help?

She whispered again, 'Remember the duck?' So Sally went fishing and Johnny stayed to help.

After several days of Johnny doing both his chores and Sally's; he finally couldn't stand it any longer.

He came to Grandma and confessed that he had killed the duck.

Grandma knelt down, gave him a hug and said, 'Sweetheart, I know. You see, I was standing at the window and I saw the whole thing, but because I love you, I forgave you. I was just wondering how long you would let Sally make a slave of you.

Do you remember this movie "3oo". A Frank Miller's graphic novel 300 that was given a life by a Writer-director Zach Snyder.

In the Movie, King Leonidas (Gerard Butler) led 300 Spartans on a Battle of Thermopylae to stand against overwhelming Persian Army commanded by Xerxes (Rodrigo Santoro). All started when Leonidas refused to bow down to Xerxes, all 300 Spartans are willing to give up their lives in order to keep Sparta Free from the clutches of Xerxes and his invading horde.



Majority of the scene is filled with nearly naked men with 6-pack abs, whittled waist and rock-hard thighs. How did they get those?








Zack [Znyder, the director], wanted the Spartans to appear like a real warrior during those days, lean and in hard fighting shape. He wanted them to appear like they have been fighting since they were babies. How long it took them to shape up like warriors??

In 10 weeks time, Mark Twight, a self-taught exercise guru and a former world class mountain climber turned 300 actors and stuntmen into a warrior-fighting shape. The 300 workout was created, but this kind of workout is quite extreme and not for faint-hearted, nor out-of-shape.

Remember that this workout is extreme. Not advisable to beginners. The 300 Spartan Workout was taken from the number of repetition. This workout has no rest in between and the challenge is to this is finishing the whole 300 reps in shortest time.

• 25 pull-ups
• 50 dead lifts at 135 pounds
• 50 push-ups
• 50 box jumps with a 24-inch box
• 50 "floor wipers" (a core and shoulders exercise at 135 pounds)
• 50 "clean and press" at 36 pounds (a weight-lifting exercise)
• 25 more pull-ups -- for a total of 300 reps

Guys, if you ever wanted to try this workout, make sure that you are constantly working out. But if not, i suggest you go and see a Professional trainers that can help with proper form, structure and progression if you want to try the 300 Spartan workout.
